This is NOT a Passover cake, but a cake that looks like a Seder Plate. Regular cake cannot be used during the Passover holiday because it rises. This was mostly for my mother-in-law, to help cheer her. Mission Accomplished!!!
This was my first attempt at a Topsy Turvy cake. It was for my niece's Bat Mitzvah. This was done all in butterceam, only the decorations were fondant.
