Fondant cakes

After years of making cakes and decorating with buttercream frosting, I had the opportunity to learn how to use fondant. Wow, what a difference!! Of course, not everyone likes fondant. But you can see the difference that it makes... For a "Fashionable" lady on her 50th birthday. Her husband was also giving her a string of pearls! The Bumblebee Transformer car...
